A spiked super high fever and flu like symptoms warranted a trip to the doctor for Emily. And the result was strep throat. Which resulted in missing 4 days of school before Spring Break. Not how we wanted to start Spring Break!

The Pederson's gave Luke a day at Flying Circus for his birthday and invited Emily to join in on the fun. Lot's of jumping, flying and bouncing had by all.

Guinness and Green

Don't forget the Guinness. It's one of my favorite all time beers. And actually touring the Guinness Brewery in Ireland was one of my favorite things we did on that trip. So of course we had to host a St Pat's Day party! Super fun as everyone got into the spirit!

The Golden Dude

On March 9th Luke "Dude" celebrated his golden birthday! Complete with a family / friends dinner at Mazatlan and cake! Happy 9th birthday Luke....next year double digits! We got him a Lego replica of the Ford Mustang to match Uncle Chris's hot rod. It was also incredibly sweet that Chris took off the day from work on Luke's birthday to have a "Dude" day with Luke. It included 3 plus hours of Xbox car racing.

And the Emily birthday celebration continues....with her family party. It's tradition....Grandma Sandy's famous birthday cake. Another tradition, Auntie Karena and Luke gave Emily her growing in grace #14! The gift theme this year was make-up....anything from Ulta or Sephora!! We are blessed...but Scott's absence was felt.

Em requested a small friend birthday party with rock climbing and Red Robin. It was a perfect day and all of Emily's friends are such respectful and nice young ladies. Chris and I had such fun 'hanging' out with this group. Happy birthday party Emily!!

Like totally rad and gnarly and so awesome! This describes Kaitlyn's 80's theme party. I was so impressed on how everyone got into the groove and rocked the attire. It was such a great day with laughter and fun. A good way to combat the post holiday / January blues.
