Happy Easter Sunday!  Emily and I helped out in kids church and we has a relaxing day.  The Easter Bunny brought some Pure Vida bracelets, sugar treats and a paper circuit kit!

We caught a glimpse of sun on this day...and better yet, it's my Mom's birthday!  She was in Lake Chelan celebrating with the Pederson Family.  Eggs hunts, dying Easter eggs and family dinners all with a bit of sunshine!

Spring break 2017 was an epic and memorable one for Emily. What an amazing opportunity and growing experience. This mama is happy to have her home!  Three cheers for the Florida Keys!

A Seaside Tribute

So honored to pay tribute to my brother-in-law in Seaside with the Moser and Naylor family. Bittersweet but a touching celebration on Sunday evening. It was fun to relive Seaside through Luke’s eyes; sharing memories about his Daddy while creating new ones with us. Thank you to Karena for being so gracious…not only are you a wonderful sister-in-law but a good friend and a faithful sister in our walk with Christ. We love you and Luke more than you know and are always here for you.  Scott is swimming on the shores of Seaside!

Love this picture of the little peanut and Ryan!  Stop growing up KP!!!  She will always be little peanut to me even when she an adult!  So thankful for my brother-in-law Ryan and how he is such a great daddy to KP!  This was taken before the Daddy Daughter dance a couple weeks ago.

Bake Off

It's a bake off with Emily and Luke....got to say Emily and Auntie Karena made some awesome lemon bars from scratch!!!  Then Luke and Emily made some killer banana chocolate chip bread.  They both really like to bake!

Lukes Birthday Part 3 of 3!

Luke's birthday part 3 brought us to Chuckie Cheese for a celebration with friends.  WOW....it's crazy in that place.  I was on stimulus overload and now know why they do sell alcohol there! Luke had a great time with his friends and accumulated A LOT of tickets for prizes!

Luke turned 8 on March 9th!  Can't believe the Dude is 8 years old.  I remember the day he was born....on my way to the hospital it snowed!  I just love this guy....love his passion, love his kindness and I see a lot of Scott in him.  Which makes my heart sad and happy at the same time.  Happy Birthday Luke!  Karena had a family dinner at Mazatlan which is probably one of Luke's favorites!

Luke and his uncles....so glad he has these positive roll models in his life!  Along with honorary uncles....Uncle Ryan and cousin Mike.  Each will be a big part of Luke's life as he grows up.
